Description: More goes into planning an event than most people know. This is true for contracts as well! This session, led by Steven Hall, Chief of General Services, Office of the State Courts Administration, will touch on event-related contracts, including some negotiation strategies and how to manage the contract once it is signed.

2) Describe information on new statutory requirements Florida governmental entities must include in contracts.
